One restaurant i like much is Merlijn in Oosterhout ( www.merlijn.com/index2.html ) I like it mostly for it's looks and the way some plates are served. You can not really see on the website how it looks though, bit of a pitty.

Best damned cafe in all of Amsterdam: Stientje's www.amsterdamsights.com/nightlife/stientjes.htmlMy house, Knoxville, TN, I made grilled salmon topped with peach salsa and baked oatmeal walnut chocolate chip cookies last night. Eat it! Good place for grub and a beer with buds: www.downtownbrewery.com/Kick ass fine dining, best buffalo ever: www.theorangeryrestaurant.com/New Orleans, LA. Just pick a place that smells good and go stuff your gullet. You won't go astray. New York, NY. With so many ethnicities rolling around it's possible to get all of the world's cuisine in one city. Simply amazing. And many more....

In Denver where I work we have many Mecican restaurants. One has burritos for $2 and up. Perfect mid day snack food, and great smothered in green chili and topped with lettuce and tomato, and grated cheese for lunch.
