^ Ha ha! I don't know! Maybe because they think it's just the bangs, how hard can it be? Plus, if only the bangs really need a trim they don't want to pay money for that. Just a guess. : )

Haha there was that time where I had alot of acne on my face and it took me a while to clear it up. I also had such heavy frizzy hair from humidity until I chopped it all short. It looks so much better short. Plus it took me a while to get use to the bangs since I'd never had bangs before.

the most "recent" disaster (3 years ago) was when i changed haircut. the problem is i followed some BAD BAD BAD advices and went to a hairdresser i didn't know. the result was so horrible i cried for two weeks took a year to get back to something decent. conclusion: i'll never ever listen to some stupid advices again! i cut my hair several times when i was a kid though. still now, leaving me alone w/th a pair of scissors isn't a good idea aww you poor thing! I know what it´s like to have a (what I nowadays call a bad-hairdresser-karma) ; I´ve had horrible experiences! once there was this psycho hair-dresser who totally flipped out when I wasn´t satisfied with the result. (it´s a looong story) now, as I was having my annual hair-crisis , I had to eventually go to two different hair-dressers to get at least somewhat satisfying result. aww well, it´s just hair anyway..
