I'm currently addicted to our taco's (so much for the coffee and cigarette diet ). First, it used to be the enchiladas, but I've figured out that when you add enough salsa to the taco's and leave out a lot of the cheese it's great! I like corn-tortillas!

I also love tacos, but they are so crunchy and messy, so I take a flour tortilla, spread some re-fried beans on it and wrap the taco with it. Keeps it together HA! I like them this way.

For breakfast today I had a bowl of Grape-Nuts, with 2% milk and chopped dates. I pour on the milk and let sit in the fridge for 30 mins till soft. When it's cold out I'll cook it in the microwave. YUM!

Thanks for the safe wish Rose, I was almost out of them. It's so nice to have you here. Cool this morning, so I had a bowl of oatmeal, milk and honey, and a cuppa coffee.

OOOH! an other mussel fan, I just love them. More than clams or oysters. I steam mussels in white wine, EVOO, fresh sliced garlic, fresh parsley and one small diced tomato. And NEVER pour out the liquid, serve it in bowls to rince off meats and for crusty bread mop-up. OMG, I want more.

Did you ever have so much sushi that you thought you were going to explode? We recently had lots of leftovers at work (we were catering for an event for which only a few people turned up). So, sushi galore for the staff. Thinly sliced raw tuna is the best. it just melts in your mouth. some soy sauce and wasabi... omg! the wasabi was so spicy it was like a trip. Best food day ever! (and more sushi for breakfast the next day. LOL)

YES I did, at my daughter's 25th birthday party. Over thirty people. We had tuna, salmon, yellow tail, BBQ eel, and dozens of raw oysters and clams. The sushi bill alone was over $300 A great night with family and all her friends.
