I love toasted Pugliese Affetato (yummy bread fom Puglia) with tuna and tomato on top of it. And of course salt, pepper and peperoncino (dried chilli, I'm a chilli nut). I eat it every morning with fizzy water and I just feel RIGHT

I love 100% natural peanut butter. I pour off the peanut oil on top and save it for my stir fry. What a good idea! I think Im going to make garlic chilli oil today. Don't really know how but I'll give it a whirl. Ps. I'm so jealous of your oven mycloud! I can't bake anything this year cause my apartment doesn't have an oven, just a stovetop. That pork pie sounds delicious!

Make garlic, chili oil with good oil of choice and heat on very low heat. Not too hot as the garlic will fry. Heat for 30 min and strain into clean bottle. No oven? Go to a thrift, or second hand store and find a toaster oven. Under $10 here in the USA. I have a microwave, and with a turn of a knob it turns into an oven. I paid $12 for it over 10 years ago and it still works great. I live alone now so I seldom use my big oven

I get great deals here. Most things I own come from thrift stores, and pawn shops. My 32 inch TV was only $15, and $40 to fix a small problem. Great picture and sound.

Haha thank Mr. Doll of the month. I did it like you said. I used olive oil I bought from the vineyard I stayed in in Tuscany two weeks ago. It's VERY spicy. So I LOVE it. Thrift shops don't really exist in Italy. Not like in America. I think I could find something like that it the big Ikea shop. But yeah, I wouldnt have anwhere to PUT it in my kitchen! I'm starved for space as it is. It's okay. I'm just REALLY looking forward to my Mum's baked dinner when I get home! (You know I made a typo then and almost wrote "my Mum's naked dinner" which could have been embarrassing ). Anyway back to food and drink. I just went to make myself a Gin Tonic and add a slice of lemon when I discovered the lemon I bought today (FROM THE LEMON BASKET IN THE SHOP) is actually an orange. So I added it anyway and it's actually quite nice! Sweeter than one with lemon. So that's my tip for mixing it up a little. And for the really adventurous, try cucumber. It's really good I swear!

I heard the Brits like a cocktail with PIMMS and cucumber and orange slices. Have not tasted this yet but I did find some PIMMS at a store near me.

Oh I love PIMMS. But it's expensive, no? I've only ever had it bought FOR me so I wouldn't know how much it costs My neighbour just came up to tell me she's making sangria and pasta tonight for whole apartment block. I have a good life!

I had a great breakfast this morning. Fried a little piece of ham, cooked two eggs till just set, then add some green enchilada sauce and cover, cook till eggs are done and serve on toasted whole grain bread, cup of fresh brewed coffee. Good!
