So beautiful, and when Edward sparkled like diamonds in the sunlight one of the many reasons why I won't even try Twilight vampires should burn and char in the sun - not sparkle!!! twilight mockery:
;D Reason for Editing: needed another roll eye smiley...

I read the books before I saw the movie, Robert Pattinson is my favorite actor just I love this movie can't wait to get my hands on my copy come Monday The books are WONDERFUL!! My son at first was not going to read them...he was upset (his name is Edward and people at school kept calling him Edward Cullen ) and then he read them and loved them as much as I did. ;D

well, im a GIGANTIC BUFFY/ANGEL/JOSS WHEDON fan. So everything else about vampires pales in comparison.
I was reluctant to go see the movie. I didnt read the books, though most of my friends had. I was surprised when I actually really Loved the movie. I really really loved it. Even now, when I think about it I get all warm inside. I think it's the hopeless romantic in me.
Im looking forward to the next couple of movies. Though I doubt they'll be nearly as good. I refuse to read the books... as I've heard the movie isnt as enjoyable once you've read the actual story.
But I'm with ya on the twilight love.

Also, I come in contact with these books way too muchly, they sell like nothing I've seen before... so each day the floor I work on, is filled with giggly and bubbly girlies, ugh. ;D

I saw the movie when it came out 'cause some of my friends wanted to see it. We all laughed out loud throughout the whole movie. So, it was good for a laugh, though it still dragged on forever. I did like the use of the Muse song, but the context (vampires playing baseball?) was pretty idiotic. I also liked the big fight scene at the end. Other than that, it was pretty ridiculous. I haven't read the books nor do I plan to. The people I went to see it with who had read and loved the books thought the movie was pretty stupid, but that Edward was HOT!! If I had to use two words to describe this movie, they would be: awkwardly funny.

Ok I get the dislike. Hell I really was reluctant in seeing it and was drugged to see it. I think the reason I loved it so much was because It was about 2 people who didn't really "fit in" and finding each other. The Romance about "living for each other". I would love to have a guy who could "rescue me" like "Edward". That's why when I saw him sparkle it was like "angels".

Have just finished the third book and while they are no great literary feat there is something likeable about them. The movie was ok but I would rather read the book (as always)
I prefer them to Harry Potter.
Oh and that spoof was hilarious ;D

If you're constantly waiting for other people to save you (whether it's Jesus, Edward, or that guy you have a crush on) you'll be waiting for a very, very long time. But that's a personal pet peeve of mine. And when he sparkled, well, let's not even go there...

I went to see this movie with my friends when it first came out and thought it was okay. Nothing about the plot really grabbed me, but I did love the music. {That soundtrack is one of my favorites!} I read the books afterward, and they were just okay too. Personally, the only portion of the series that I truly love is Jacob so I'll probably like the New Moon film better than Twilight.

I watched it few days ago because I've seen so many people reading this book that I decided to watch it to see what the whole fuss is about. Plus I like this song "Decode". I don't like these kind of films very much about sci-fi things. But I enjoyed watching Robert Pattison. He is really cute ;D
