When I first heard I felt really disappointed but now I've really gotten into it it's my favourite Regina album. ;D

It's just.... an easy listen. Background music. And easy to learn on piano... that's about all. Sweet little simple songs.
Does anyone else get a strong Beatles vibe??

She is playing the Greek Theater next month and I am considering going by myself. There are pretty good tickets for solo seats, in the A section.
I've never gone to a concert by myself.. have any of you guys??

I went to Tori's Frankfurt show myself. It was actually quite nice, no need to stress about your companion. You can fully focus on what's happening on the stage. Go-g-ogo girl, I would

Seems like I check for tickets one day and I can find a really good seat and then the next day.. nothing. So next time one pops up I'm going to grab it.

I went to my first Tori show alone! Well someone drove me to and from, but I spent most of the night and the whole concert by myself. I LOVED it. I felt free to move around in my seat, mouth the words and go nuts without fear of holding back due to embarrassment. On a Regina note, some site is streaming "Eet (acoustic)" only if you allow them access to your twitter page to post something. I can't find the link now, but I did it this morning, extracted the MP3 and then deleted their access to my page and the tweet. So I thought I'd post the MP3 for download here for all of you so you don't have to go through that mess! [/b]

Thanks for the encouragement guys, I will definitely get a ticket when one pops up. And take damn good video while I'm there. (I just bought a GIANT memory stick for my camera so I'm all set!)
Thanks for the download! I was trying to figure out how to download it off the site with no luck.
Did you see her on SNL? So cute. She was nervous for her first song.

I was hoping to see her in Stockholm in December but both nights are now sold out And I spent way too much money to see Tori in UK and Germany!

No problem, Jessie. And no, I missed her! Rather I missed her on purpose. I hate that show and can't sit through it, so I'm going to catch it online. I think Hulu has it, but I'm not sure. Taru - Check craigslist! Especially closer to the date of the show. For every show I've always been to get tickets for face value, even if the show is sold out. Actually Regina did a Mother's Day show in 2007, the last show of the tour. It was very much sold out and oversold. Some people tried to sell me tickets for $200 EACH! But I found someone selling them for face value about a week before the show and I was able to take my mom and have a wonderful evening.

Meh. I sold my Regina Spektor tickets on eBay once I heard Tori would be releasing a full album, in the hopes of her doing at least one London show, and now she's only doing Radio performances! Has anyone ever seen her live before? What is the energy like compared to Tori concerts?

Taru - Good luck! #huggies# Charlotte - She's wonderful live! I saw her solo and I'm not sure if she's with a band this time (I read she is) so I can't compare that, but she's so fun and energetic! All smiles the whole night and really engaging. And her voice is perfection!

Aw I love smiley Regina When she played at glastonbury she had a drummer, possibly a bassist, and a string quartet so songs like Blue Lips and Eet were quite lovely
