As I was listening to this song just a little while ago, something suddenly dawned on me that I found very striking, and more than a little strange.
First of all, this song was written in 1982, LONG before he was ever accused of Child Molestation. Now, if he truly is innocent - then this song gets even more spooky and somewhat Prophetic, for the following reasons:
(1) Although this song is about him fathering a little KID, where he was charged of this by a Mental Patient (However, nobody took that charge seriously), 11-Years later he was first ACCUSED of molesting a little KID. Of course, he was to be accused of this several more times, and ultimately stand Trial in one of those accusations - for which he was acquitted. (Both the Song and the subsequent Charges are dealing with a child);
(2) This song also deals with him being FALSELY ACCUSED;
(3) The following lyrics are of particular interest -
"Mother always told me... BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU DO, CAUSE THE LIE BECOME THE TRUTH"
Such a Warning would easily go hand-in-hand with his SLEEPING WITH YOUNG CHILDREN. Thus, if he is innocent, THIS ACT OF HIS WOULD CAUSE THE LIE (CHARGE AGAINST HIM) TO APPEAR TO BECOME THE TRUTH;
(4) Another interesting aspect of these lyrics are:
"For forty days and for forty nights THE LAW WAS ON HER SIDE. But who can stand when she's in demand - her schemes and her plans."
(Clearly if Michael Jackson was innocent, he fell victim to the SCHEMES AND PLANS of the Child's Parents)
(5) Another warning in the Lyrics:
"So take my strong advice. REMEMBER TO ALWAYS THINK TWICE."
I almost felt as if Fate was trying to tell me something - That Michael Jackson really was innocent and thereby Falsely Accused in 1993 - IN ADDITION to the case that actually went to Court Years later - Where he was found to Be Not Guilty of the particular charges IN THAT CASE.
(6) Another Major Event which Changed Michael Jackson's Life Forever, INVOLVING THIS SONG - was what happened to him in 1988, when he was attempting to do a Commercial for the Pepsi Cola Company. While making the Video, THEY WERE USING THIS SONG, when his hair caught on fire.
(7) This event is said to have been what caused him to start becoming such a heavy user of Pain Killers - ultimately becomming addicted to them over time. This event is also said to have stopped the natural growth of his hair - resulting in him having to utilize false hair - and looking much more effeminate.
At any rate, inasmuch as I just had this interesting thought, I wanted to go ahead and share it with everyone.

Another Thought:
The Video for this song, also turned out to be the first one by An African American Singer to recieve regular Air Time on MTV - thus, breaking another barrier and opening the door for future African American singers.
It was also this very song, that he used to first Demonstrate his Famous "Moon-Walk" on National Television.
Additionally, I decided to go on the Internet and found the following interesting statement from Wikedpedia:
The singer explained that he was so absorbed by the song that, in one instance, he did not notice that his car had caught fire as he drove down a freeway with a friend until a passing motorcyclist informed him. Jackson noted, (The KID probably saved our lives.)"
Given the incident, years later, where Michael Jackson's hair caught on fire, using that very Song, in a Pepsi Commercial - where he also at first didn't notice it, until others did - makes that even more foreboding and definitely very eerie.
