I saw The White Stripes (Jack & Meg YAY) play here in January - for a two-piece band they can really make some noise! I love the Stripes, little band from Detroit rocking the world. Awesome. Rasp - play it really loud and notice that your dancing style goes through a dramatic change!! Leewah x

They are incredible live!!!! I wanna see!!! I wanna see them! ;D yep yep yep... It's soooo cool that they can give so much energy... it's almost like there's a band of 5... but they are with 2... drum and guitar! Fantastic... They did a cover of 'Joline' - Dolly Parton - (or however you spell this name ) at the Glastenburry. It was fecking incredible!!!!!!!!!!!!! wow! I never thought i would want a cover of Joline... ;D lol! I ought to give that dancing a chance then... ;D lol! Stars, Sarah

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM mmmmmmMMMMM mMMMMMMMMMMM mmmmmmmmmMMMMMMMM... ... Oh... Er... Sorry about that! So, anyway... Er yes - The White Stripes! Great band! Well..., if you can call two people a "band". I wasn't convinced at first coz it seemed like just another band that the trendies had jumped on (y'know the ones - those who think The Strokes are original ). Anyway, i saw part of their live set at Glastonbury via the tv coverage - and was promptly blown away! How can a band with only two people in it sound so full? And the cover of Joline (yes you read that right - JOLINE!!!) was one of the best things i've ever heard!!! In fact it was at that point i promised myself i'd buy the album as soon as possible... ;D Glad i did too - 'tis coooooooool! Hey! If these were blue they'd look just like my new sunglasses! ;D
