So which bands / artists did you discover lately? I discovered: 'Ian Brown'... The guy is a complete and utter nuthead... ;D His music makes me feel good... I love his accent... www.ianbrown.co.uk/www.ianbrownonline.com/and 'Kasabian'... Just some decent 'rock-out' music... music I can dance around... www.kasabian.co.uk/www.kasabian.de/ (it's German, but you can listen / see da band... it's listed at the top.)

Good topic! Rasp, I like quite a lot of what I've heard of Ian Brown's solo stuff and I am a fan of the Stone Roses. I only really have heard LSF by Kasabian so far but that's a great tune! Need to check out the album I think! So my latest discoveries.... Feist (http://feistmusic.artistes.universalmusic.fr) Please go listen to her album 'Let it Die'. Gorgeous stuff! Saw her live in London last month and she was brilliant! E-starrr, bit of trivia for you... Feist used to be Peaches roomate and you may already know her as Bitch Lap Lap ( ;D) when she has performed on tour with her?! Her solo stuff is a bit different but she does have that fun side still Love Outside Andromeda (http://www.loveoutsideandromeda.net/home/) Great new Australian band. They've just released their first full length album. I got it sent to me this week . You can listen/watch a bit of stuff on this page of their site - www.loveoutsideandromeda.net/av/The DearsI don't know much about them at all yet but I got recommended their album No Cities Left' and it's really good. They are playing The Scala in London in January so hopefully I'll go to that. I find the website is a bit of a pain in arse to use but yeah... www.thedears.org/Have a look and listen anyway! Bit more info here: Rolling StoneThe GuardianAlright that's it for now... I'll leave you alone

I only really have heard LSF by Kasabian so far but that's a great tune! Need to check out the album I think! Take a quick look online and you should easily find the song 'Club Foot' (either as audio, or with the full video), which will give you a better idea of their over all sound. I love LSF, but even their biggest fan would have a difficult time trying to pretend it doesn't sound exactly like Primal Scream...lol! Their last release 'Processed Beats' is one of my personal faves too, and well worth having a quick listen to...

I just remembered some other stuff I like! The KillsDirty bluesy stuff. They rock!* www.thekills.tvPolly Paulusma doesn't rock. However, she does sing lovely, folky, acoustic stuff. I like some songs a lot more than others to be honest but her voice is really nice. Saw her live earlier in the year and it was quite blissful. Someone did give me a joint before her set but I'm sure I would have enjoyed it just as much anyway! www.pollypaulusma.comYou can download/listen to a song from this link --> One Day (live)*Last time I use this phrase today, I promise
