Around February we're getting new albums from Placebo, David Gilmour and Beth Orton. Well, I'm quite excited anyway

David Gilmour is giving a concert early march in Amsterdam. But when I saw the prices for the tickets, I said no. 54 euro each!
I believe next march the new LIVE-album will be released, and also Pearl Jam is busy with a new album. But no release date so far.

And in January, Cat Power's The Greatest is coming out! And Radiohead should have something coming out next year as well i hope... And Polly too maybe... But she takes about three years for 45 minutes of excellent music so we can never be sure. and cat power is touring too! but oops, wrong thread....yeah, I wonder what polly has up her sleeve. and lets not forget Carina Round's new one in March

Well, the only album I'm looking forward is the one of 'An Pierle'... whenever she finishes it this year...

Everybody's overlooking Lou Rhodes debut solo album which is released here in the UK in febuary (it was supposed to be out by now, but got put back, unless you use iTunes where it's supposed to be available now). Lou Rhodes was the co-songwriter/vocalist in Lamb if you're wondering where you know the name from. The album's had lots of very good reviews already. You can find out more HERE.

I heard something on the radio last week, that she still is working on it and it should be released in 2006... soooo fingers crossed!

He's trying to steal my thunder! The Placebo album is coming out on 13th March in Britain, and they're currently announcing European festival dates (...and I'm sure at least one person on the board will be interested to know the album features Alison Mosshart from The Kills.) David's doing a couple of gigs too. Might go see Beth for the 6th time.
