Even though they are pretty different from Tori and her music, does anyone else here like them?
I've been a chicks fan ever since they first came out, and their political stance has only made me love them more.
I've seen them twice in concert and have tickets to their next show, which is in October.

Yep. I loved them since "Wide open spaces" And your right their political stance has only made me love them all the more. When Natalie said at an award show said "For those who don't like us, we have a dvd coming out next week so you can burn our cds and stomp on our dvd" I loved it. I love and respect anyone who says and expresses themselves. It's brave. Good Job Chicks!

I'm going to see them in October too, when they tour here in Australia. Looking forward to it!

The Dixie Chicks aren't well known in Britain. I like 'Not Ready To Play Nice' though.

Ok, I saw this programme about them and I was very impressed, not really with their music, it's not my cup of tea BUT I totally respect these girls. Wow. I loved what they said about that SHIT of a bastard President. I totally forgot about this incident, as I didn't knew who they were at the time. I especially love that Natalie. She's so fucking adorable, witty and SMART!! I love women who stand for their ideas and beliefs. You go, girlz!! Fuck 'em conservative & narrowminded poo-poo heads.

I love that "Travelin' Soldier" song. I get choked up every time I hear it. Here's a video someone made of the song, it's story clips from the movie "Pearl Harbor". Very touching! www.youtube.com/watch?v=RAx3p2icABw
