The Boudisque in Amsterdam has closed This alternative cd and vinyl store that has existed for almost 40 years couldn't survive, even if their visitors are on average 25 years old, the downloaders demographic, because of the failing market. Now we only have Concerto left because Brutus and 9 other stores also have disappeared But, there was an up side.. all their stuff went on sale!... All the cd's and vinyls that they could find in storage without a case of cover went for 1 euro a piece and all the newer stuff for 30% off. Needless to say, I've updated my music collection

Boudisque will live on.. that's why the website is still there, but only their shops in Utrecht (more focused on classical music) and Nijmegen (dvds only). Amsterdam just closed March 29th. I just walked past it on my way to school, everything was empty besides some posters
