Saw 'Beetlejuice' the other night... can't remember when I last saw this movie. Aaaah the joys of childhood memories. ;D

Beetlejuice? You saw this film as a child? I nearly peed my pants, because I was so scared! And that was just last year! This film is so scary and weird!

I like Tim Burton (and Johnny Deppy), but I don't like Beetlejuice and Edward Scissorhands. Yesterday we watched a rental dvd called "Repli-Kate". The only really good thing about that movie is the really lovely, adorable Ali Landry!

I LOVED Beetlejuice & Edward Scissorhands! They were dark but really different to the general movies pitched at children. They really opened my eyes to a new world of film.
I saw "Open Water" at the weekend and fuck me, what a scary film. I wasn't expecting too much from this but I thought it was written & directed so very well. It's scared me off scuba diving for life!!

Yea i saw the trailer for that, it did look genuinely scary! I saw two fun french movies these past days, Bon Voyage (have a nice trip) with Isabelle Adjani, really really fun movie, during WW2, this shallow hilarious actress, this writer who ends up in prison for a crime he didn't commit, adventures, running away from the German etc, but it's a very "fun" movie, not a dark depressing WW2 one... And then yesterday, Les Ripoux, with Noiret and Lerhmitte, fuckin' hilarious and goodhearted, very french.

I saw 'Collateral' yesterday... pretty good... Oooh i almost rented that today. But i took Melinda Melinda of Woody Allen instead. Hope it's better than Anything Else, that movie sucked so much, a modern Annie Hall-ish or Manhattan-ish, but just deadly boring and bad, some directors and actors also don't seem to be bothered by the fact that they do the same thing over and over again... I don't get it.

I was watching Starsy and Hutch earlier. My mom thought it was very stupid.

SIN CITY - WOW Mike and I went to the movies yesterday and saw this film - it's very violent, but such a different movie, very well made & directed with loads of wonderful actors. Go see!!!

I have already seen Sin City. I think it is a great movie, and the girls are all so hot! But partly it is too violent for my taste.

"Cellular" yesterday. Nice movie, not too slow, nice actors. But no brain-movie, just enjoy.
