I have become a huge fan of Brothers & Sisters throughout this season. It just amazes me how it can captivate me just through the emotions of the characters instead of having all kinds of frivilous action and killing. I'm not sure how I'll survive the summer without my Sunday night B&S fix!
what are your favorite shows?

Above all and anything: - SIX FEET UNDER - beyond brilliant.
Then: - Heroes - Lost - The Simpsons - Family Guy - The Wonder Years - Twin Peaks
And that's about it. I'm not such a 'soap'-'series' person overall.

I tend to not watch the tv as such but buy my fav programs on dvd & watch them that way, my favs are: Family Guy West Wing CSI The X-Files 24 (although I've only seen up to the 4th series) Futurama Simpsons And I can't think of any others now... I do, however, have an obsession with the 24 hour news channels, I'm a total news-whore, even though I usually end up depressed/angry I just can't stop watching it & flicking between the various news services to see the different views/biases

Well now i don't have cable..
But I fell in love with six feet under
then my boyfriend converted me into a Sopranos fanatic
and I'm still stuck with an unnatural obsession with sex and the city

I dont watch a lot on the television but I have DVDs of Six Feet Under Twin Peaks
We watch a lot of cooking shows, cartoons (simpsons, family guy, king of the hill), Australias and America Next top model (tho these are past their used by date I think, and are getting tedious).
Last night we watched Who wants to be a Superhero, which has just started here (I think its from last year). Its pretty damn bad, but addictive.

I do, however, have an obsession with the 24 hour news channels, I'm a total news-whore, even though I usually end up depressed/angry I just can't stop watching it & flicking between the various news services to see the different views/biases You too eh? ;D I tend to have BBC News 24 on whenever i'm not watching a regular programme. The obsession goes to insane levels when Sarah's here however, with the usual conversation going like so: - Sarah: This news is really depressing me!
- Me: Yeh, me to...
- Sarah: I'm tired of sitting here getting angry at this shit.
- Me [handing Sarah remote]: Here, change the channel. I don't mind at all, we've seen this story about five times now and it's not exactly changing. Besides, like you say, it's depressing.
- [Sarah changes channel to Sky News...]
- [Situation repeats from news channel to news channel in infinite loop.]
The same thing also happens with the music channels, flicking from one to the other only to go back to the start when we get to the end (tho that only happens when Sarah's here, so i solely blame her for that one ). ;D Yep that situation sounds very familiar...I then moved onto discovering the evils of the 'red button', which on Sky News leads you to 8 miniscreens of multiple loops of news...I usually leave that on & flip between the different loops I also buy 2 newspapers everyday but I really have no idea why I do this anymore... Oh and can I just add to my list some more old shows that I loved but don't yet own on dvd: Frasier (I was so in love with Niles ) Thundercats Buffy The X-Men Teenager Mutant Ninja Turtles (ONLY the cartoon series that was shown in the early 90's just before like 'Live & Kicking' on a Saturday morning...I don't like any of this new version that's around now ) Some of the Star Trek series, in fact only really DS9 & Voyager

Chloe has always reminded me of a younger Dana Scully ;D She does, doesn't she...! ;D I used to find her character a bit annoying at first, but she soon became one of my faves. To be honest she makes me get more annoyed at Clark these days as i can never believe he overlooks her for the way too bland Lana (altho i do have to admit to having appreciated certain aspects of the whole Lana angle they did in the last season [well, i guess for you it was the season-before-the-last-one ]). Yes yes, I totally agree!! Lana's character is just too boring, nothing there. I never liked her. I've never liked any of her storylines. They never wrap them up so to speak. Poor Chloe just stands by waiting for Clarks dumb ass to realize anything(Chloe's smile reminds me of Molly Ringwald's ). You could tell she is still very much in love with him. Even after they gave her a love interest and that went nowhere. I could tell in the season finale. Damn you Clark! I dont like how they are dealing with the Lois Lane character though. Not.one.bit.

Yoo, I don't really watch tv so much... but I totally love this one telenovela from Venezuela, Mi gorda bella, don't know if it's shown in other countries...? I really like to watch mostly shows that are not trying to be too hard for your brains. I like brainless-shows. Stupid and easygoing haha? Dr Phil is sometimes fun to watch, though I've been getting a bit bored to it nowadays.
