do you all go to classes or do you do this at home? I go to classes when I can afford it, but I mostly do it at home with some friends. We know the basics between us and one of my friends has a yoga dvd which is ok too. Jessie, I agree about the stress relieving aspect of yoga, it can be a godsend! x

I've done some yoga and quite a bit of pilates. I love it, I always feel so good afterwards. I toally agree that it benefits body and mind.

I'd be lost without my carmex lipbalm, love that stuff. I would also highly recommend benefit and chanel make up. The Body Shop body butter is also divine.

Homemade oatmeal raisin cookies, the soft kind. YUMM! Ooo they sound so yummy! I need to start baking again. I never seem to have time at the moment. I just devoured a delicious chicken breast roasted with bacon and leeks. Yum yum.

That movie made me sob like a baby! I will cry at most things though! The last thing that set me off was Finding Neverland and The Notebook. The end of that film is so so sad!!
