lol... I have no idea what you're on about. I'm guessing it's one of these 'i wanna be a rockstar' show? LOL!! yes, it's another "i wanna be a rockstar" show. this time, instead of INXS looking for a frontman, it's a new band, "Supernova", comprised of Tommy Lee (the drummer from Motley Crue), Gilby Clarke (Guitarist from Guns-n-Roses), and Jason Newsted (bassist from Metallica). I adore Metallica, and have actually been a fan of Jason's since he was in Flotsam and Jetsam back in the Eighties. That's what caught my interest in the show, was Jason Newsted... and well, Tommy Lee. He's kinda like a horny, tatooed train wreck. One of the contenders, Storm Strong (that's her real name!,)on the show is from my hometown of Portland , Oregon... she fronted a band there called "Storm and the Balls". Anyway, I'm enjoying the show just for the eyecandy (Dave Navarro), if nothing else: YUMMMMM.......

I know some of you are gonna hate me for starting this thread, but is anyone else watching, and if so, who would you like to see front the band?
My favorites are Dilana and Magni and Storm.

I just wanted my mommy Tori after hearing that chick sing. Not only is she a campy, whiney what was that you said, Sindenis? OH yeah... "fork in your eye" singer, but she recycled SO MANY Tori lyrics, Tori concepts... even Tori Quotes!! UGH.

I used to sing my kids to sleep with "Terrapin". God, this is such sad news. Truly, TRULY. "I really love you and I mean you the star above you, crystal blue Well, oh baby, my hairs on end about you... I wouldn't see you and I love to I fly above you, yes I do well, oh baby, my hairs on end about you... Floating, bumping, noses dodge a tooth the fins a luminous fangs all 'round the clown is dark below the boulders hiding all the sunlight's good for us 'Cause we're the fishes and all we do the move about is all we do well, oh baby, my hairs on end about you... Floating, bumping, noses dodge a tooth the fins a luminous fangs all 'round the clown is dark below the boulders hiding all the sunlight's good for us 'Cause we're the fishes and all we do the move about is all we do well, oh baby, my hairs on end about you... Me, me, I do. I have a weakness for the 80's "British Invasion" music. D2 as well.

I bumped into his work while browsing the Tori vids on www.youtube.com. He has two Tori covers there for the watching... just put his name into the search window. I think he is amazing as well. So VERY talented at the keyboards.

ewwww... i don't blame you at all. i'm one of those individuals who has zero tolerance for that crap. it happened to my son, and i think that perverts who touch kids should just be put out of their (and everyone elses') misery.
well, maybe on that note, i can turn this thread back to it's rightful path. but thanx for sharing. i never woulda known that about him.

Do I dare ask why Gary Glitter disgusts you and makes you angry? I'm barely familiar with his music. And can I ask (since I'm already on a tangent), why Tupac Shakur is hailed as some sort of saint posthumously when he was tried twice for rape? I don't get it.

And hey, if anyone (any MJ fans, specifically,) were offended by my comments, I do apologize. I have remained nuetral where his trial and personal life were concerned; I have VERY strong feelings about the nature of what he was being accused of... but (in my opinion,) they never proved anything... what sort of parent would settle out of court under those circumstances, was what I couldn't understand. But before all his legal problems... HELL YEAH I respected him as an artist (still do...). When I was 12, his poster was on my wall along with Shaun Cassidy, Duran Duran, and Rick Springfield. And looking back on his work, I'd have to say he is one of the most prolific contributors to Top 40 music in America -- and worldwide! I just hope I didn't hurt anyone's feelings with my (as Teppic put it...) "tongue in cheek" jokes.
