Hello, what do you think about yoga? I'm yogaholic for one year now and i thik it's one of the best things that happend in my life. It's not good only for your body but also for your mind... Did you ever tried?

i love yoga too, i've been practicing for over a year (a little every evening)
i had to stop until my back completely heals after my fall but i miss it

I go almost every week, since 5 years. It keeps the body flexible, I think. I do ashtanga, which is esprcially (even more than other yoga types) based around breathing techniques.

I've done some yoga and quite a bit of pilates. I love it, I always feel so good afterwards. I toally agree that it benefits body and mind.

I took Yoga throughout college and it was really great for me to relieve stress and get some strength. I love Yoga. I wish I could afford to go now.
A good friend of mine is a Yoga teacher and she recently started working at a retreat at Mount Madonna. When I last saw her she couldn't have been MORE glowing and beautiful. Being there has transformed her.

do you all go to classes or do you do this at home? I go to classes when I can afford it, but I mostly do it at home with some friends. We know the basics between us and one of my friends has a yoga dvd which is ok too. Jessie, I agree about the stress relieving aspect of yoga, it can be a godsend! x

I do some Yoga in the mornings...basic stretching! i love it...keeps me limber
