When you're strange It was great to see parts of a concert of the doors on a big screen. i saw it in July, that was lovely i agree that is an amazing doc. and with johnny depp narrating!! The last movie I saw that touched me was a Doc. called "12th and Delaware" it is about the intersection in Florida 12th and Delaware where one one side of the road there is an abortion clinic & a pro life clinic on the other. very interesting and thought provoking!! I have been watching alot of documentaries lately! www.imdb.com/title/tt1548865/

Last weekend I saw The Shawshank Redemption for the first time. Not the greatest movie (why don't the prisoners getting older in 19 years?!?!), but a good movie indeed. And this weekend I watched and the 3,5 hours of

I watched It's complicated with Meryl Streep and Alec Baldwin. Nice movie to watch. Then I watched Breaking and Entering with Jude Law. Very intresting. And I saw Body of Lies with Leonardo Dicaprio. I think that Leo is getting better with age.

2 weeks ago I watched Shutter Island, a really good movie with a lame ending unfortunately.
Last weekend I watched My Bloody Valentine and Terminator 2: Judgment Day on bluray, and Planet Terror.

Monsters VS Aliens for the second time in a month. Still a great movie to see on a 40" HD flatscreen and surroundsound.

I watched The Mist on bluray yesterday. The SFX looks way better than from dvd. And I was a little 'shocked' watching The Disappearance Of Alice Creed. It's a British thriller/drama with bond-girl Gemma Arterton, who also played in movies like Clash Of The Titans and Prince Of Persia. But this movie really kicks ass when you know nothing about the story or the plot of the movie.

I saw this movie called Caramel on the Sundance channel the other day, and after watching it just one time, it permanently entered my top 10 favorite movies. It takes place in Beirut and it has subtitles and it's just beautiful. I've since watched it like 20 times. I tried to make my friends watch it but every time it's on, they've got something to do or they don't feel like reading subtitles. If I can get just one person to watch it or if anyone has already seen it, I'd be tickled to talk about it!

Event Horizon is a classic!! Creepy, eerie sounds made by Orbital and late Michael Kamen. I'm looking for the bluray release of it.
I watched Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs on bluray yesterday. Really nice movie.

We Were Soldiers
The movie itself is not a really great one, but the audio is a truly 3D experience! You are really IN the movie.

Been to Harry Potter 7a last Friday evening and I think it's the best Potter-movie to date.
Some special effect still look crap (so, on dvd or bluray it will look even more crap), but overall it's a movie which makes you want to see the second part right after the first one!
And last Saturday we watched The Social Network in our livingroom. Nice, but not so great or good as I suspected.
