Inspired by Oasis' Noel Gallagher, who posted his favourite 10 bands ever (the Beatles were his #1, the Rollings his #2,...)
So what's your top 10 fav bands in the history of music?? Only bands count so no solo artists like Damien allowed

1 All About Eve (hippy-goth 80s band that no one knows 2 Radiohead 3 Pixies 4 Counting Crows 5 The Cure 6 Sigur Ros 7 Cranberries 8 REM 9 Pearl Jam 10 The Stone Roses

In Ranking The Top-10 "GROUPS," I eliminated numerous excellent Groups, that I absolutely Love, which are fairly new. That's because, I did not feel it would not be fair to Rank a Group - which has not had a substantial amoung of Songs, over a prolonged period of time - ahead of those who have withstood the test of time; by and through the creation of tons of Great Songs. (I did make an exception for Evanescence and Nickelback, but these are the only two.) My Top 10 Are: 1. The Beatles 2. Jethro Tull 3. Pink Floyd 3. The Who 4. Lynyrd Skynyrd 5. The Moody Blues 6. Evanescense 7. Green Day 8. Nickelback 9. Simon & Garfunkel 10. Jefferson Airplane/Starship (Subsequently Changed Their Name from Airplane To Starship) There are a veritable plethora of others Groups/Bands that I also Love - including many newer ones, however.) Steve B. By the way, I absolutely love one of your choices, Borneoman - REM! They would be Number-11 on my List!!!

Oops!! I made one mistake. I thought I had Led Zeppelin on that list. I now see I left them out. They would be Number-10, ahead of Jefferson Airplane/Starship!!! Steve B.
