First time I'd seen her, didn't know many songs..managed to be very late but enjoyed what I did see lots Couple of pics: Ani ...and with her show off bassist I also recorded a 3 minute mpeg video (almost a whole song) there, which was a bit of a struggle but it came out quite well. I could put it up for download for anyone who gives a toss but... be warned - 70mb!

I'm afraid I'm pretty new to Ani really. I downloaded Little Plastic Castle and Revelling/Reckoning a while back but I haven't had time to get to know all the songs well enough to recognise them instantly at a gig. I know she played Gravel during the encore and someone told me the name of the song I have the video clip of (I can't remember what it's called right now but I think it is on the Dilate album?)! Sid & Smurph also went and they will be of more use answering this than me! Glad you like the pics! I am pleased with them too. I got a new camera recently and these are some of the first shots I have taken with it

I am almost as much of an Ani freak as I am a Toriphile. ;D Ani has over 15 albums so far, so it would be tough to identify the songs with only hearing two of the albums.

I give a toss!
This the London gig? The Barbican or something was it? I might have gone but didn't get tickets quick enough.

Yeah this was the gig at the Barbican Centre. I uploaded the video clip to Sid's FTP so he might be able to make it available for download at some point. Keep an eye on the threads! Btw it's an MPEG recorded on my digital camera. Fairy good for what it is but obviously don't expect pro shot quality

Glad you liked the vid That was the first time I'd ever used the movie mode and I was pretty happy how it came out - especially the sound (was expecting it to be all distorted)! Not sure about my 'artistic' out of focus moments though! Was quite tricky with the lights and also trying to avoid the manic git in front of me bobbing his head around! Kids eh? Can't even illegally record a concert without some people actually enjoying the music and getting in the way! Pffff I recorded two vids at Lily Fraser the other week too and they are better. In focus the whole time and not even any serious camera shakiness!
