- Damien Rice... SO FUCKING BAD IT HURTS. - Lamb... The number of times I've missed them... and now I prolly never will. - Kate Bush... myeah, like she ever will tour again. - Martha Tilston - Tom Waits - Björk - Tori Amos I have seen most of the musicians I like... Reason for Editting: adding Björk... forgot the lil pixie.

In no particular order ( after Damien Rice, anyway ): Damien Rice wins that award by a mile... Always wished i could have seen Ride in their later years. Would have liked to have seen Hurricane #1 - they had some good tunes and it would have at least meant i'd have seen Andy Bell (guitarist from Ride, now bassist with Oasis) play guitar live. Ian Brown would be kind'a cool (tho 100% certainly totally out of tune on the singing ;D). I never got to see Pink Floyd, though i'd settle for David Gilmour solo so long as he played Wish You Were Here. Tom Petty would be nice. The Charlatans (even if they did just just go reggae - 'Mancunian Reggae', genius! ;D). Cowboy Junkies would be fantastic, tho they don't play over here much, and i'd have preferred to see them in the Lay It Down period. Ann Pierlé (so long as whatever she said about not wanting to play over here wasn't too bitchy - if it was she can get bent ). Definitely would have liked to have seen Lamb. Lou Rhodes solo would be great too. Neil Young. Tricky in his very early solo days, but not so much now. And of course Nick Drake (possibly the only one who i'd have loved to see more than Damien Rice), but since he's long dead that's never going to happen. Even when he was alive he hardly toured anyway (tho if i'd been old enough to see him back then i'd be about 50 now...lol!). Athlete. Jeff Buckley... But of course! Another obviously impossible one now. The Zutons! (surely will happen at some point). I'd have really liked to have seen Kula Shaker cos from stuff i saw on tv they were fantastic live, and i loved Crispin Mills guitar playing style. Not gonna happen of course cos they split and now everyone pretends they never liked them in the first place , so no motive for any reunion (not that they would anyway as from what i understand there were a lot of hard feelings about the split). Early Morcheeba (during the first or second album, but not after). Hendrix of course - another gone'er. Perhaps David Blunt ( ). Richard Ashcroft and/or The Verve. The Stone Roses. The Tea Party during their early days (first two albums). Sigur Ros of course. And i'd have liked to have seen Guns N Roses, Smashing Pumpkins, Skid Row, and maybe LA Guns in my teens - but the time has long since past. ;D And now i'm too tired to think of anymore... But i'm sure there are plenty i forgot!

The Zutons Clap Your Hands Say Yeah The Liars Yeah Yeah Yeahs
They are top of my list at the moment. I've been pretty lucky in seeing most of the artists that I have really wanted to over the years. It's cost me an absolute bomb (in cash & braincells ;D). Seeing Janes Addiction a couple of years ago blew my mind, as they were something spectacular and I didn't think I'd catch them ever. Iggy Pop, The Beasties, PJ Harvey (4 times), Sonic Youth, Sigur Ros (recently.. they were off the planet), Goldfrapp, Death in Vegas, Dandy Warhols, Dinosaur Jnr, Gomez.... They all rate very highly in my memory of awesome gigs. I always wished that I had kept a gig diary as there are so many things that I forget!!!
