This movie is awesome. It's sad that it is only showing in small theaters in (I assume) only America.
Does anyone eat at McDonalds? You won't want to after watching this. This filmmaker, who is very healthy and energetic, decides to experiment on what fast food can do to the human body. For 30 days he eats nothing but food from McDonalds, and as you may guess, the results are VERRRRRY frightening. This is three meals of this garbage A DAY!! If anything, this was a very eye-opening movie. Especially for Americans who shovel this crap into their faces every fucking day!!
Detroit (my city) is the fattest city in the nation. NO LIE!!

OMG ! we have Mc here but i never eat there . in fact i'm very against unhealthy food so i guess i'd love this movie that shows that my worries for people who eat unhealthy are correct. i never heard about it and i don't know if it will come here but doesn't matter, i can find it on the net like everything else it's important for junk food eaters to know what happens with them . once u see the truth, u'd never want to eat that again . it's like with vegetarianism, if u watch what's goin on with animals from the moment they're born till the moment they're on your plate, u won't eat em anymore . it happened to me 8 years ago and i wish it 'd happen to everyone in the world . first u gotta know what u put inside yourself, then u realise it's all wrong and unnecessary ! www.imdb.com/title/tt0390521/

Yes, I really want to see this movie! Most McDonald's have stopped super sizing because of this, and they have just started a new campaign with adult happy meals. Lots of restaraunt chains have started doing things like this, offering low carb items and such. Burger King has a shrimp salad now, I don't think I wanna eat shrimp from Burger King, ya know? Yeah, Americans are mostly over weight nowadays, and it's not hard to see why. Every thing is fast paced, fast food, I want it now mentality!

yeah I heard about this movie a while back from one of those movie festivals....but its something I definetly wanna check out...I was never a mc'dees fan...I still remember, when I was around 8, we needed to use a bathroom, so we walked into this mcdonalds, and 3 people are puking...I see a girl of about 5, holding on to her burger while she was puking..... ....and mc'donalds food is gross regardless....I'm more of a burger king girl

Is it weird that having read a thread about a film saying how awful and bad for you McD's is, and posts talking about kids throwing up while still holding onto their burgers, that it's now left me fancying a Big Mac or Whopper?

You know, at first i found the point really fucking stupid. I mean, OF COURSE eating at Mac Donalds every day is very bad. Everyone knows that. But americans still do it and get obese. It's like saying "Oh i ate chocolate sauce with a baguette every day for a month and i took 5 kgs and had pimples everywhere", it's like well DUH. Eating at Mac Donalds once in a while is not gonna kill you, but of course eating it every day is unhealthy. What's really interesting about his thing i guess, is how it actually attacked his liver, and how 2 liters was equal to 48 spoons of sugar, or that kinda of really really nasty shit. And that's really disturbing, and it's a good thing to show to people. And even just like the fucking school lunches the kids get at school in the US....... It's like, there's a real fucking problem...
