Welcome welcome! We are a crazy but very nice bunch! The Glow is one of those places where you instantly feel comfortable. Of course, opinions differ and sometimes emotions get somewhat high, but everyone is very respectful of others and many of us have Met in real life and get along very well Hope you'll agree and stick around! Happy posting and maybe we'll see each other down the road somewhere!!

Gooooooo Lucy! Love the color! I might go a bit more into the "darker" tones myself (more mahogany, less cashmere ) I know what you mean! I mean I went from dark blonde to what I have now in a lot of steps.. the bron tones, bit more red, more red.. you know. Especially as a blond any color is a drastic change! But I more so have it with cutting my hair.. I don't cut my hair, maybe 2 times every 5 years? And since I was 11 it hasn't been any shorter than shoulder length.. Can you imagine I had a bob and bangs when I was a child? Not exactly my own choice Now that I think about it the first time I dyed my hair I think I had the hairdresser put some red in... but it has been a 10.000 million colors, permanent and washable (like the purple I put in for a party hehe) Don't mind my face, but this is what it looks like now:

Every once in a while I read one of the short stories from Fragile Things (Neil) But I actually just started on The Bluest Eye by Toni Morrison ( Beloved, Song of Solomon)zz Yes, that's that controverial book. We had to read it for one of my courses at school but I never got around to it, so now I'm trying again (not a book reader you know ) The chronicle of the tragic lives of a poor black family in 1940s America. Every night Pecola, unlovely and unloved, prays for blue eyes like those of her white schoolfellows. She becomes the focus of the mingled love and hatred engendered by her family's frailty and the world's cruelty.

I am in love with Tombigbee at the moment so I have that on repeat mostly, but now I am listening to Tupelo (Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds). Love how it's quite upsetting and angry, but in an intelligent way ;d
Also I was just listening to a live cover of Gabriella Cilmi (Whole Lotta Love) and I'm surprised her voice is so good and she can be that quirky rocker girl too, eventhough she looks like shebjust walked out of Neighbours. I actually like her!

^In that version she reminds me of an odd mix vocally of Amy Winehouse and Pink But I guess you were joking cause she totally looks like Christina.. Anyhew, that acoustic version is 1000% better, although I don't like what's she's doing with her voice when she goes off screaming and screeching like that The foot-on-keyboard thing though.. Brilliant ;d I like her a bit better now but those songs Just Dance and the album cut of Pokerface are still annoying

I used to live above a Gelateria in Bologna... My god it was amazing. My favourite was always "pistacchio siciliano". Pistachio is the best flavour OMG when I was in Rome, I ate SO much ice cream! It's so good in Italy! And man, you get a LOT on one cone

No offence, but... I think "Lady" Caca looks like a 40 year old travestite. Reason for Editing: But good to see that she does have some fans!Yeah she does look a bit like a 10 year younger version of Madonna ;D But I'm glad she has fans!
