I think, (especially growing up in the eighties), there were so many great bands I canĀ“t single out just one. but, the Queen was a band I really miss. I miss Freddie . *sigh*

Anyone knows the band U2 perhaps? I think they are the greatest band from the 80's, together with Queen. OH I love U2!

If there's any band I really dislike it's U2. They're older stuff (Sunday Bloody Sunday in particular) I can take, but yeah.. U2, no..

but, the Queen was a band I really miss. I miss Freddie . *sigh* QUEEN is my absolute favorite, and I miss Freddie too . His voice was unique, no doubt THE BEST FOREVER. PS : I adore all Queen songs but the best Queen was 70' period with best albums before Queen 80's pop. But the last Innuendo was absolutely awesome.

^I agree. and now, looking back at Innuendo; the lyrics on that album are just heartbreaking.

The Cure, hands down. I'm pleased that they continue to make wonderful music! Their new album is wonderful! I also really like Siouxsie and the Banshees
