Ah, yes - heard about this on a gaming site i visit. Not sure about the idea of using it as a hi-tech interactive coffee table like Microsoft suggested in their press release though. Touch screens and hot/cold drinks don't mix so well, and definitely not something you'd want Little Timmy running his toy cars over with his sticky hands. ;D There's an idea of perhaps also making it so that it could be hung on a wall, which sounds a lot more practical, even if it wouldn't be quite so comfortable to use. But then it would just become a big screen monitor surely? A big touch screen screen monitor... With all the fingerprints that would go along with it... Hmm. In theory i like it, but in reality i'm not so sure. Maybe i've just read too many forum posts in the past where people have had their nice new super-expensive HD tv destroyed by the aforementioned Little Timmy. ;D I also suddenly just had the mental image of people discussing about how their coffee table had crashed or been infected by a virus... Very odd. True, that was one of the first things i said when my brother showed me the video's... I would never place a drink on my screen I'd love to have something like that... in my head ;D I'm too careful with electronic stuff, so i would never use it this is one of the reasons why i don't have an i-pod Crazy, i know... but i'm afraid it'll break or whatever ;D Now that you started about timmy (timmaaaay) dirty fingers... imagine you'll have to clean that thing 3 times a day Ofcourse they only show the good parts but i'd like to know how they fixed that (or didn't)

But you aren't supposed to think about things like that... You're supposed to go "Wow that looks so cool! I want it! I want it now!", and then a week or so after spending a fortune suddenly find yourself getting annoyed at having to polish it every 15mins. ;D Just as with most electronic items these days (see: most HD tv's with their 'Piano Black finish', PlayStation Portable, PS3, most new mobile phones, etc.) thinking about it... Speaking of mobile phones, i'm in the market for one right now and am going slightly insane as the phone i'm most tempted by looks like it would attract scratches just by people looking at it the wrong way, and would probably need a 10min cleaning session after each time you were crrraaazy enough to actually try using it. With these kind of things i'm glad that i have a brother who DOES fall for these things about the mobile phone.... my first mobile phone was a nokia 3310... A phone that back then everyone had... but slowly everyone started to get those mobile phones with camera's and whatever So i bought a new one and my brother got my old one... I bought a alcatel something for 39,90 euro's i think ;D which was pretty cool because it had color (i was a happy as when i bought my gameboy advance 'ah ma gaaad look at those calaars!') it had polyphone ringtones and i could still make my own ringtones! Which was pretty weird ;D Years (2?, 3?) later i then finally bought my mobile phone with camera & video.... great, now everyone had mobile phones with mp3 players AAAAAAAH I'll never fall for that again oh and it's great, pictures and whatever... but i don't have a cable to send them to my computer (still have to buy that...) If you need my advice for a mobile phone... errrm.... Just don't ask for advice
