just listen to the cover, it's gorgeous. really wish the new album will be in that vibe! if only... now that'd be wonderful.

gosh i've seen 'Witches of Eastwick' a zillion times! love it haven't got much time for movies lately w/th all the shit going on, however i did watch Planet Terror and Death Proof again. gotta say PT is definitely my fav, seen it 3 times already, although DP is pretty cool too - lots of details i haven't noticed during my first viewing. restored my faith in Tarantino. oopsy forgot, watched The Big Lebowski too. never really understood the whole cult following, although it's cool.

I read the 6 pages about the film in Film Valley (a dutch and Belgian movie mag) and knew it would be kinda political and stuff. Maybe it's just those lousy Belgian (read: Antwerp) cinemas with lousy anti-social teenagers that ruin watching movies there. watching a movie in bad conditions can totally ruin it. honestly i don't know if i'd have enjoyed it without reading the comics first. like i said it's pretty faithful.

errrr.... excuse me. i don't like her - although i admit some of her songs are really addictive - but there's something about her character... can't stand it. too slutty maybe. too pretentious (the whole "some people are just born to be stars, i'm one of them"), don't know. her piano version of 'Poker Face' is pretty cool though (can watch it on youtube).

my guess it'll be on an afternoon during the week-end or on wednesday. usually they have a screening for the kids and this seems to be the only movie that fits... it's on competition though. will post the date once it's out. if everyone's available, we should definitely go see it together!

We watched "Watchmen" last Saturday in Antwerp. And we both thought it was a booooooring movie. Way too long and boring. And a really crappy soundtrack. They better made the movie much shorter and with much more speed and action. did you read the graphic novels or were you in complete unknown territory?

yes i saw that! can't wait... saw The International last night. the story didn't interest me much at first, but the second part of the film really got me. the gunfight scene at the Guggenheim Museum kicks ass! good overall.
